After a relaxing vacation or summer break, returning to my workout routine can be challenging. To avoid injury and ensure success, I follow these key steps to ease back into exercise:

  • Set Realistic Goals: I set goals that match my current fitness level, which boosts my confidence and motivation.


  • Prioritize Consistency Over Intensity: Consistency is key. I stick to a regular workout schedule at a moderate level before increasing the intensity.


  • Listen to My Body: I pay attention to any pain or disc
