Mornings can get busy, so I love having a simple, delicious breakfast ready to go. This 3-ingredient overnight oats recipe is one of my favorites because it's quick, nutritious, and totally customizable. I can prepare it the night before and wake up to a satisfying meal that keeps me energized throughout the morning.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup whole rolled oats
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of berries (optional)
Nuts of choice (I love pecans or almonds)
Cinnamon (I recommend Ceylon cinnamon for its health benefits)
Fresh spinach (optional, but it’s a great addition for extra greens!)
Easy Prep, Healthy Start
I start by placing the oats in a Mason jar (or any jar with a lid).
Then, I pour in the water and add the Greek yogurt.
After that, I throw in any extras—like berries, nuts, or even a dash of cinnamon. If I’m feeling extra healthy, I’ll sneak in some fresh spinach!
I give everything a good stir, cover the jar, and pop it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, it’s all ready to eat! If you’re in a rush, you can also let it sit for 3 hours—either way, it’s delicious!
I love how easy it is to prepare, and I always feel great after eating it. Plus, it’s a perfect way to start my day with something wholesome and satisfying!
